Pastel Block

Photos by Erick Loquez

Top: Gmall
Shorts: SOUL Lifestyle
Cardigan (with hoodie): SOUL Lifestyle
Wedges: People Are People

A day of errands. I had to go out to buy some stuff for the decorations of an upcoming event, so I wanted to look relaxed and comfortable. So for this look, I chose to wear relaxing colors - pastel shades. It was pretty hot during the day but the materials of my clothes were just perfect to battle the heat. I wore the wedges, but I actually brought flats just in case I'd feel uncomfortable with the wedges after a while (Emergency kit!). Well, I did end up wearing the flats coz I had to walk three blocks just to get to a store to buy balloons. Late afternoon, it started to rain and this cute outerwear that I got from SOUL Lifestyle, which actually has a hood, served its purpose. Ah. The perfect outfit for this day :)

Jester

Satchel: Penshoppe

 Top: Trinkets2Keep

Sunnies: Ray Ban

2-tone Leggings: Maldita

Photos by: Erick Loquez

You've already met my youngest brother, Angelo, on my previous post and now, meet my other brother, the middle child, Paolo. He's a smart-ass chemical engineering student at one of the biggest school in the city. I'm proud that he is going well in college, knowing that he choose a really hard course. He's pretty much one of the few students left in their course. haha.

About my outfit:

I really love this sheer top that I got from Trinkets2Keep. It's color is so bold and the prints add up to the boldness of the look. The leggings that I got from Maldita (ON SALE) gave me that edgy feel because of it's colors and the material. Somebody actually said that it looked like a pair of Jester pants, hence the title of this blog. That bag, which is oh so lovely, was a prize that I won in a giveaway contest... lucky, lucky, lucky, don't you think? :)

I am not really a "pants" or "leggings" person. But Erick and my mom once said that I would probably look good in them because of  how long my legs are, so I had to try it out. And I believe they were right! I love how these leggings fit me. I thought that my legs would look fat in these, but they did prove me wrong.

You'll never know if you will never try. :)

Have a great day, Loves!

Carbon Copy

Metallic Bandage Skirt: Trinkets 2 Keep

Batwing Top: Mental

Accessories: Butingtings

About the outfit:

I wanted to look simply elegant and comfy, so I decided to wear this Batwing top which really beat the heat despite the long sleeves. I didn't want to look too plain, so I wore this very cute metallic purple bandage skirt from Trinkets 2 Keep. We planned on going to the mall, so I wore flats so that I could last long walks inside. To add a lil twist to the look, I wore accessories that I think would pretty much stand out and would not make my look dull.

Metallic Flats: Penshoppe

Meet my youngest bro, Angelo :)

Just a lil sharing again... :)

My parents are simple people... and their children doesn't actually dress simply. LOL. My mother once said, "I wonder why you kids dress up like that when your father and I are just simple (saying this in a very casual and cute way)" We really don't know why, but my two brothers and I just want to look and feel good everytime we go out of the house, just like the day these photos were taken. My youngest brother, Angelo, wanted to go to a mall nearby to buy a shirt so Erick and I accompanied him there, but before that, we REALLY had to take outfit shots! I love my brother's fashion sense - Korean-inspired (well, a lot of people say that we do look like Koreans! haha)

Bonding with my brothers is one of the things I really enjoy. Love em so much!

OH, ABOUT THE TITLE: I used this title coz a lot of people say that Angelo and I look really alike and we're the carbon copy of my Father and Grandfather (God bless his soul)

Tribal Musician

Fedora Hat, Socks and Tribal Top: SM Dept. Store

Booties: Thrifted

Accessories: Butingtings

Dream Catcher Necklace: Baguio (A gift from Erick)

A delicious meal at Sbarro after our shoot!

Photos by: Erick Loquez

A little sharing...

Erick wanted to try out different settings and modes with his baby (that's his cam) so here's another shoot with him. I wanted to try out a ragged look which actually showed another side of me, plus I wanted to bring another thing that would present another passion that I have... music, hence the guitar. I really love music and so does my family and Erick. It seems like I could live without it, whether it would be listening to music, singing a song, or playing one with a musical instrument. I can't imagine life without it!

And now, about the outfit...

Fashion doesn't always have to be all about shimmers, elegance or glam, whatsoever. Sometimes, you can be fashionable even if you'd looked ragged and laid back. Trust me, you could still turn heads if you want to. You just have to be a little bit brave and daring to add a lil twist to your look. In my case, for this outfit, I wore black booties with printed socks, which isn't really a common sight around here. I may look a lil different and people may take it negatively, but who cares? I mean, for as long as you know how to carry the whole outfit and put in just the right amount of confidence, then I believe you'd still rock the look. :)

Here's a lil some'n some'n about "confidence" that I always keep in mind and that might be helpful to you too :)

Other people's opinion of you does not have to become your reality.
Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent.

A great evenin' to you, Loves! Take care!
