Boy in Me

It's been really really hard for me to post regularly and it actually pisses me off. But I've been really busy and I can't find much time to blog and yes, I am a very bad blogger... sad :(
But still, I promise to blog in every free time that I have and I hope all of you, my dear readers, will still be there to support me and follow my posts. I'd be very grateful if you do! :)

So here's another look that I feel so comfortable with. As a kid, I really loved to wear closed shoes, especially rubber and boots. I have always felt comfortable wearing them. It's like I didn't always have to worry about acting so girly all the time and I could run around if I wanted to. Well, I was such a boyish kid. And up till now, I still have that little boy inside me. I'm not a skirt person as you see. I really love pairs of shorts and leggings since they make me feel so free to move, don't you agree?

The denim shirt and the vintage-printed inner made me feel more comfortable. They're so me.

So how about you? Were you boyish as a kid and are you still like that till now? Does that reflect through the clothes you wear? Tell me and post a comment below! :)

Get Loose

Been really busy and I hardly find free time to blog so now that I have a few minutes, I'm taking this opportunity to post!

It's been really a hot summer and I can't stand the high temperature. Loose clothes greatly help beat the heat! Gotta stay fashionable and comfortable still.

Forever 21: THE GRAND OPENING!

September 27, 2012, Thursday -- SM Lanang Premier Davao City opened to VIP's and tenants. Not all shops were open but those that opened catered people who were invited to join them on their opening events. One event that I attended to was the Forever 21's Fashion show and ribbon cutting event. It was such a great experience for a lot of people, especially to those who are fashion-hungry! There were around a hundred people invited and everyone really dressed up for the cocktail event.

shARTs: Addicted to printed shorts!

Love shorts? I don't. I'm ADDICTED to shorts! They can certainly show off your legs (and make them look long), make you look like a hot rock star or even elegantly chic. Denim (unless washed or ombred) and plain shorts are somewhat set aside for the moment while printed shorts stand out. Shorts with floral prints, scarf or handkerchief prints, animal prints, skull prints, or whatever print that is for that matter, are pretty much in and head turners in the fashion scene nowadays.

There are many ways on how to wear shorts as such. One way to make your shorts stand out is by pairing it up with a plain top with simple heels or shoes to go with. If you wanna get a little playful, you can also pair it up with a top that's printed too, may it be partly printed or full of prints and that goes for the shoes as well (or simple shoes will do to avoid overdoing the look). And you could also go daring and sexy by wearing a sheer and see-through top to display those printed and high waist shorts. As you see, there are many ways in wearing shorts since they're pretty much all around and very easy to pair up with probably anything in your closet.

So if you want to try those printed shorts out, or if you're addicted to shorts like I am, go check out OASAP. They have an array of shorts that you can choose from and I'm sure that you can find the perfect pair for you there. So go get that pair that has your name all over it now from www.oasap.com! Below are more of the cute pairs that I have picked from their collections since they are truly eye candies! Check em out!

How I wish I have all of these in my closet! :)

Neons

Photos by: Erick Loquez

Silk & Lace Inner (Sleepwear): Victoria's Secret || Shorts and Outerwear: B&W Vintage || Shoes: Thrifted || Bag: Props Manila

Turning heads with neon colors.

In this look, I wanted to show off the pair of shorts and the pair of shoes that I bought just recently. I believe they match perfectly because of their neon colors. I didn't want to be overly colorful and bright so to balance this look a bit, I picked this silk top, which is actually a sleepwear and this thrifted outerwear (which I super love coz it could pair up with almost every top that I have!!! The print is so lovely!) PLUS I added this electrifying PROPS bag that I recently won in Cheyser Pedregosa's Giveaway. Super lucky, don't you think?!

I've noticed the rise of neons in the world of fashion recently so I really had to try it out!
So what do you think of my mixing and matching? Did you like my look?
Let me know, aight? :)
